Why we’re building one network for all of healthcare
Healthcare runs on teams that cross every profession, but its careers are split across job boards and folders. Here’s why Credelle brings it all together.

Think about the last shift you worked. A nurse caught something early. A pharmacist checked a dose. A respiratory therapist adjusted a setting, a tech ran the scan, a medical assistant kept the schedule moving, and a physician pulled it all together. Care is a team sport, and the team spans every profession in the building.
The tools for healthcare careers don’t work that way. Each profession has its own corners of the internet, its own job boards and its own way of doing things. When you want to grow, change roles or simply ask a colleague a question, you’re back to scattered sites, stale listings and phone calls.
We started Credelle to fix that. It’s one professional network for everyone in US healthcare, and for the organizations that hire them.
What’s broken today
If you work in healthcare, some of this will sound familiar:
- The same application, typed into one job site after another
- Listings that are out of date, or not real at all
- “Competitive pay” and never the actual number
- Recruiter calls in the middle of a shift
- Licenses and certifications kept in a folder, with renewals tracked from memory
- References chased by phone, long after your preceptor or manager has moved on
None of these is a big problem on its own. Together, they add up to a lot of time spent on paperwork instead of on your career.
One network, every profession
Credelle is for every healthcare profession: nurses, doctors and PAs, pharmacy, therapy and rehab, respiratory, EMS, imaging, lab and genetics, surgical, dental, behavioral health, vision, hearing, nutrition, integrative care, clinical support and health operations. Students in healthcare programs belong here too.
Putting everyone in one place matters. A new grad can learn from people in the career they’re aiming for. A physical therapist can follow what speech-language pathologists are sharing. An employer can reach every role it hires for without posting the same job ten times.
Built on trust
A network is only useful if you know who you’re talking to. That’s why nobody joins Credelle without an active healthcare license, or a certification or registration we can verify with the body that issued it. The one exception is students, who join with proof of enrollment that a person on our team checks.
Organizations are verified too, so professionals know who’s hiring.
Patient privacy comes first. Every post, comment and message is checked for details that could identify a patient before it’s saved or sent. Credelle is a place to talk about your work, never about a specific patient.
What you get
- One profile for every employer. Your licenses, certifications, experience and references in one place.
- The pay on every job. Jobs from verified employers show the pay up front.
- Messages on your terms. You decide who can reach you.
- Credentials kept current. Credelle reminds you before a license or certification expires.
- References from real colleagues. Verified colleagues you choose answer privately, for one job you apply to.
Where we’re starting
We’re starting in the US, and Credelle is opening soon. Our goal is simple to say and hard to do: bring all of healthcare into one network, so the people who care for patients can spend less time on paperwork and more time growing in the work they love.
If that sounds like the network you’ve been waiting for, join the waitlist. We’ll email you the day Credelle opens.
